Your full name, date of birth, and personal email are NEVER shared with other teams.

Toornament as our Backend provider
Tournament administrators (on a need-to-know basis)
Broadcasting partners (public information only, with consent)
Service providers (Google Workspace for data processing)
Legal authorities (as required by law)

Match results and statistics
Rankings and standings

6. International Data Transfers

Your data is processed using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and Toornament services, which may involve storage on servers located outside Switzerland. These transfers are protected by:

Service Providers' individual Data Processing Addendum
Enterprise-grade security certifications

We only transfer data to countries with adequate data protection or with appropriate safeguards in place.
