The following information is shared with participating teams in your division:

Your full name, date of birth, and personal email are NEVER shared with other teams.

5.2. Other Recipients

We may share your data with:

  • Toornament as our Backend provider
  • Tournament administrators (on a need-to-know basis)
  • Broadcasting partners (public information only, with consent)
  • Service providers (Google Workspace for data processing)
  • Legal authorities (as required by law)

5.3. Public Information

The following may be published publicly:

  • Gamertag
  • Team affiliation
  • Nationality
  • Match results and statistics
  • Rankings and standings

6. International Data Transfers

Your data is processed using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and Toornament services, which may involve storage on servers located outside Switzerland. These transfers are protected by:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses
  • Service Providers' individual Data Processing Addendum
  • Enterprise-grade security certifications

We only transfer data to countries with adequate data protection or with appropriate safeguards in place.


7. Data Retention

Communication records 2 years after last communication
Media content Indefinitely (unless opt-out requested)

Upon expiry of retention periods, personal data is securely deleted.
